Accommodations & Layout
Chain locker in bow followed by large double V-berth cabin. Cabin has a
 large hanging locker to
 starboard and private entry into head. Fold-out step to get up into bunk plus
 two drawers and a shelf. There is a ladder for
 access out of forward hatcll. Head is to port with custom limestone counters
 and floors, electric head and electric sump for
 shower. Aft entry to head from master stateroom. Master stateroom has a double
 berth to port, large open shelving over the
 bunk and hanging locker. Hallway has another hanging locker forward to
 starboad. Second head also with limestone counters
 and flooring, manual flush head and lots of storage cabinets. Up one step to
 main salon: four custom electric dimmblg candle
 lights create a warm, cozy feeling. Large dinette to port and fold up back
 rest to convert dinette to a double guest berth. Aft to
 starboard there is a slide-out chart table with the electric panels, microwave
 and quarter berth now converted to storage.
 Galley is aft to port. Up three steps to a large comfortable cockpit. Huge
 lazarette storage aft.

 recoated; mast and boom pulled and repainted; entire cabin house, hatches and
 windows rebuilt; new Sterling high gloss
 on interior and exterior of cabin house. Only thing left is the exterior
 cosmetic pahlting of the hull and cockpit.Included in the sale are several
 gallons of Devoe marine epoxy 2-part paint.1994 model Perkins 4-108 85hp
 diesel installed 1999. Currently only 20 hours on engine.This boat is 95%
